# README Accessibility and Badge Enhancements

## Description
This PR enhances the README.md file with improved accessibility features and GitHub badges for better project visibility.

## Changes Made

### Accessibility Improvements
- Added descriptive alt text to all images throughout the README
- Enhanced main header image alt text: "33 JavaScript Concepts Repository Logo - Comprehensive guide to JavaScript fundamentals"
- Updated article section icons alt text: "Article section icon - Book representing educational content"
- Updated video section icons alt text: "Video section icon - Film reel representing video content"

### GitHub Badges Added
- **License**: MIT license badge with flat-square style
- **Stars**: GitHub stars count badge
- **Open Issues**: Active issues count badge
- **PRs Welcome**: Pull request invitation badge

### Utility Explanation
- Added comment section explaining badge purposes: "These badges provide quick project insights: License type, community popularity (stars), active issues, and contribution opportunities."
