README.md updated with correct repo url ,remove container function, status command added

• There is an incorrect(I think old url) repo url in readme.md file. I changed it to the correct url. resolves update readme file with correct repo url in install section #102
• There is an issue if there is an error running the service. This will resolves Containers need to be removed if there is an error executing bash scripts  #107
