Based on the reformatted profiles from letsencrypt/cp-cps#307

TODO:

Complete the Subordinate and Subscriber lints
Try doing one of them using Go's x509.Certificate, instead of cryptobyte
Figure out how to detect a cross-sign and enforce our Cross-Certified profile
