Move YE1, YE2, YR1, and YR2 from the "upcoming" section to the "active" section, and describe which intermediates are used for which profiles in the paragraph at the top of that section. Update the hierarchy diagram to visually show both the old and new roots and intermediates. Provide two different sizes of the diagram, so that readers get a reasonable version embedded in the article itself but can click for a much larger version.
