Add 2025 Webtrust Audit documents and updated WebTrust Seals
Fix typo in history section: these are WebTrust.
The seals are now "live", which means they verify the referer and thus won't work in the deploy preview. I've verified they are correct by copying the deploy preview's HTML content into the real letsencrypt.org, using my browser's developer tools.
