Changes since v0.12.0

Implemented debug steps support in debug builds.
Disabled Open DevTools menu item in release builds.

Known issues

On all supported OS, .NET 10 runtime is needed for the executable to run.
On macOS, please use xattr -d com.apple.quarantine ProjectRover.app to unblock the binaries first.
On Linux there can be many issues. Please read the troubleshooting guide for more details.
