tslib-1.5

tslib-1.5 is backwards compatible. Changes since 1.4:

• fix ts_calibrate regression (creating the calibration file)
• restore full backwards compatibility for all old kernel headers
• add 64 bit compatibility for test programs
• various bugfixes
