Pre-Release

Lena's initial release to the world!

I'm releasing this as a v0.0.0, with the hope of getting some feedback before declaring a truly API-stable 1.0.0 release. I've got a couple more features to add too, like PNG and GIF writers, mostly so I can make a tiny pixel art editor for Lena games in Lena.
