Update object information window while time stepping

User-Facing Changes

The window that opens on the top right side of the 3D view when clicking on an object is now updating the displayed object information when another timestamp is selected on the slider.

Hi @ctw-joao-luis @luluiz @thomassedlmayer The CI builds are not starting and in https://github.com/lichtblick-suite/lichtblick/blob/develop/CONTRIBUTING.md#development-workflow there is not hint how to trigger them. Can you please tell me how to do that? Or if i don't have the permissions, can you please start them?
