Small binary that parses transactions and outputs 2 CSV files

1. Final balance for every address
2. All transactions. Mint and burn create one row per destination address.

Talib has an issue where the endpoint does not report some events (cc @jgryffindor). I had to extract and parse the data directly from the chain to reconcile all the information.
