In commit 7d56270, we decided to call
peer_connected/peer_disconnectedon the previously-addedsend_only_message_handler.However, in practice
send_only_message_handlerwill be implemented viaChannelManager, having us callChannelManager::peer_connected/peer_disconnectedat least twice (also forChannelMessageHandler), resulting in hitting theA peer shouldn't be connected twiceandUnconnected peer disconnecteddebug assertions.Here, we simply drop these outdated assertions.
