This PR is a followup to #40. While the Gitea client has been pushed correctly, remaining scripts need to be updated to check on existing versions in npm and regenerate clients accordingly. Also, two new versions of Keycloak and Harbor APIs are added. While Harbor changes are not expected to be relevant, the Keycloak spec includes some compatibility improvements with the generator.
