[fix] update template for enabling force deletion of object-storage bucket

What this PR does / why we need it: Adds mgmt lobjkey to the templates similar to the etcd-backup addon to facilitate CAPL cleaning up the bucket if .spec.forceDeleteBucket is set to true.
