test: [UIE-10347] - Fix Cypress test failures following 1.159.0 release

Description 📝

This fixes a handful of failing Cypress tests following the 1.159.0 release and related feature flag changes. All of the failures stem around navigation changes and certain items being pushed below the fold as a result of the new "Partner Referrals" item being added.
