Updated co-authors search algorithm so it can search for co-author in DynamoDB using
emailprovided inCo-authored-by: name <email>commit message trailer if email is not found via GitHub APIs (is not public on GitHub for example).If any of co-authors isn't found then EasyCLA comment explains how to address this by amending commit message with a correct co-author trailer and doing
/easyclacomment to re-run CLA checks.This is for #4760.
