  • Initialize self.loaded flag to prevent multiple UI builds
  • Fix indentation of on_copy_clipboard_button_clicked method
  • Replace Gio.Subprocess async calls with threaded subprocess.run() for upload button
  • Add 30s timeout and proper error handling to prevent infinite hangs
  • Ensure spinners always stop on completion or error
