This PR adds
iputilsto support new ping features in Speedtest Tracker.Benefits of this PR and context:
Fixes alexjustesen/speedtest-tracker#2560 because I forgot to open this PR first.
How Has This Been Tested?
Made updates to my fork https://github.com/alexjustesen/docker-speedtest-tracker-1 and built the image locally.
