Description:

Added support for the certbot-dns-hetzner-cloud Certbot plugin, kept other certbot plugin for the old api inplace.

Benefits of this PR and context:

This pull-request resolves issue #593

How Has This Been Tested?

Pulled and build image on a test server and the test sever was able to successfully generate a certificate using the new plugin
