This is the most basic devpy config, using only default commands, but I've tested that
./dev.py build,./dev.py test, and./dev.py ipythonwork.To add a custom command, you can do as we do in skimage:
pyproject.tomlPlease note that the tool is very new, so any feedback is much appreciated.
