对群来说，群收款、群名称修改等（可能有更多，例如新成员进群，或者成员退群、被踢之类的消息，待测试）也会返回 content type 12，而不只是红包。可能对私聊来说转账也会是，未测试。 content data 可以分辨内容，content user id 是 content data 裁剪最后两个字符，就几个测试来说是这样。也不知道是否是普遍情况，先记录着。
