This makes the starter more complete.
One weird thing I did is made sure that uv.lock and livekit.toml are not checked in, but also not on gitignore. Because real customers should check them in, I though putting them in gitignore is a trap. Instead, I added a CI check about this with clear instructions to remove the check and check the files in once you're set up.
