The current 1.3 prerelease won't deploy for me due to
package livekit-agents not found in any project files. the issue is1.3.0rc1isn't valid semver, it needs to be1.3.0-rc1.This change normalizes to proper semver and then adds necessary checking and tests to ensure this works in various cases.
