- [reland][libc][bazel] Enable software prefetching for memcpy
- [libc] Remove automemcpy folder
This will affect only Bazel configuration for now. This is a reland of llvm#108939 which has been reverted because of codegen issues fixed by llvm#113161.
The build is currently broken and we don't have the resources to keep it up to date :-/
