PR #95388 split the former
iso_fortran_env.f90into a file for emitting the .mod (currentiso_fortran_env.f90) and another file for emitting the object file (iso_fortran_env_impl.f90). The separation becomes unecessary with #137828 such that we can undo the workaround again.
