Currently the plan is to leave things like proton ghosts, kramcos, and digitize initializations without a
fightTypeparameter. I'm not entirely sure we need a separateconditionalparameter from theregularkind, but we do needgregarious,chainStarter, andemergencyChainStarter; similarlyfakemay or may not make sense to make them be tasks for this purpose.
