Tentatively the plan is to have runs and banishes be Tasks and to either use an intricate taskmaker function with some sort of central state management or a real fucked up bespoke engine to manage things. Bander will be separate from other runs, for obvious reasons.

Item steals need bespoke handling. We can do them via maps, via banishes, via parachute, or via regular runs. Much to think on.
