✨ Moving to PNPM and adapting CI/CD pipeline #140

Features added:

• Completely moved the repository from npm to pnpm in both frontend and backend
• Applied linting on all files upto this stage for consistent coding styles
• Made use of pnpm workflor to avoid mulitple package-lock files to remove nextjs errors
• Added CI/CD pipeline to detect pull request to main branch and auto-deploy the preview versions without permissions from the admin each time.
• Tested the website and removed merge errors upto this point!!
