Implements the ability to pause and unpause Docker Compose stacks:

• Add pause() and unpause() methods to Stack class
• Add pauseStack/unpauseStack socket handlers for real-time control
• Add Pause/Unpause buttons to Compose.vue UI
• Add PAUSED status constant with warning color indicator
• Update statusConvert() to detect paused containers from Docker
• Add translation keys for pause/unpause actions
