Summary

This PR adds Simplified Chinese translation for all node definitions in ComfyUI-Impact-Pack.

Changes

Added locales/zh/nodeDefs.json with complete Chinese translations for:
- All Detailer nodes (FaceDetailer, SEGSDetailer, MaskDetailer, etc.)
- All SEGS-related nodes (filters, transformations, operations)
- All pipe nodes (BasicPipe, DetailerPipe conversions)
- All sampler and upscaler nodes
- All hook providers
- All utility nodes (masks, logic, values, etc.)

Notes

Uses zh directory naming to match other ComfyUI custom nodes (e.g., ComfyUI-Easy-Use, ComfyUI-layerdiffuse)
Covers approximately 150 nodes with full translations including descriptions, input names, tooltips, and output names
