cPython's
thismodule uses rot13 to encode the string (probably just for fun). Since this is supposed to be a translation, I made it echo the code inthis.pybetter.Also, there is no need for a package here:
__main__.pywas empty. Made setuptools aware of the module with thepy_modulesargument tosetup. This is simpler, also known as sem arrudeio.
