These changes are needed to not break the new Hugo build process based on file changes introduced in Hugo v0.146.0.

These build failures are expected because the Hugo version used is 0.142.0 while these changes are needed to work with 0.146.0 or greater.

Just discovered the netflify.toml so I updated the hugo version used to 0.148.2 which now has the checks green.
