Preconfigured Runelite profiles that are full of high quality plugins that "should be default in Runelite"
Download and configure yourself all the plugins below from the official Runelite Plugin Hub
This is a faster way for people that want to save a lot of time.
I did all the operations below manually myself, and saved it in a Runelite .properties file.
Note: Some people consider this unsafe, so use your own judgement

Download the .properties files you want in Latest Releases
All operations must be performed on the official Runelite client.
- Click top right wrench icon to see plugins
- Click the middle tab called "Profiles"
- Click "Import" on that profile, provide the text .properties file you like from latest releases
Click the arrow to the right of the profile to enable it
Bonus Tip: If you want, you can make the profile default for your account
Hopefully it saves a lot of time for new and returning players.

Enabled by default in 🔵 Runeplus Standard profiles and higher.
- How to use: Use Ctrl+F to search wiki anywhere in-game
- Assists in quest completion
- How to use: Just start quests or open quests in your quest log
- Configured with the minimal help mode (only helpful tips)
- To change assistance level, go into quest helper and click the Cog button at the top.
- A GPS-like plugin that shows shortest path
- How to use: Right click on map (not minimap), and click find Path
- Includes agility shortcuts and teleports you have
- Shows tooltip on runes required for a teleport
- Shows interactive maps for teleporting menus
- Shows your health and prayer much more clearly while in combat
- Allows quickly jumping to another world via a hotkey
- How to use:
- Random World Ctrl+1
- Previous World Ctrl+2
- Next World Ctrl+3
- See monster loot drops in-game
- How to use: Right-click monster > Click "Loot lookup"
- Shows monster current hp
- Shows npc max hits
- Shows predicted hit alongside your XP drops
- Allows you to see the damage you have done much earlier than the vanilla hitsplat
- Shows maxhits gained on weapons, spells, and potions
- Shows swing timer server tick metronome for your attacks
- See what other players are wearing
- How to use: Right click player, click inspect
- Ability to search your bank while on the go
- How to use: Click the plugin icon to the plugin menu to the right
- Shows how much Experience is sitting in your bank in ready to be processed materials
- How to use: Click the plugin icon to the plugin menu to the right
- Allows organizing special layouts in your bank
- How to use: Drag items in your bank to the bar on the left side of your bank
- Allows quickly searching your bank for the best gear for a specific attribute.
- Allows saving your inventory to quickly equip it later from bank
- How to use: Use the inventory setup plugin to the right plugin bar (more advanced tutorials on the main plugin page)
- Makes many objects and NPCs have their most useful action on Left click as default (instead of having to use the Right-Click menu)
- How to use: To configure defaults, Shift+Right-Click on anything to change the default left click action
- Allows hotkeys for many more actions including bank amount hotkeys
- How to use: In the bank press 1,2,3,4,etc keys
- Shows a bar for each skill in the skill menu
- Shows a textbox near mouse when you examine things instead of having to open the chat to read
- Shows info tooltip on herbs
- Shows info tooltip on farmable seeds
- Shows you timers for your kitten's hunger and needs
- Makes your screen flash when player is spotted while in the wildy
- Tempoross, Guardians of the Rift, Rogues Den, Giant's Foundry, Mixology, Mahogany Homes etc.
These plugins are disabled by default (auto-enabled in 🟠 Runeplus PLUS)
How to use: If you like any of them you must enable them yourself
Loot filters (disabled by default) 
- Enable this if you want to filter item highlights based on their value
- How to use: Press ALT and left/right click dropped loot to hide/highlight it
- More features than "Ground Items" plugin
- Disable "Ground Items" plugin
Wasted Bank Space (disabled by default)
- Enable this if you are running out of bank space.
Tool Required (disabled by default) 
- Enable this to hide click options for objects you lack the tool (e.g. no "Chop Tree" action if no axe)
- Will stop you from clicking on all those trees when traveling
Picture in Picture (disabled by default) 
- Enable this if you want to see a mini-window while you do something else (CANNOT click on window, only visual)
- How to use: Use Shift+Drag to move around, can also resize it
Emote Clue Items (disabled by default) 
- Enable this if you do a lot of clue scrolls and want to not throw away clue items
Visual Metronome (disabled by default) 
- Enable this if you want to see the game ticks visually
- Configured to flash the tile underneath your character with a 4 tick cycle
Smart Metronome 
(disabled by default)
- Enable this if you want to hear game ticks when in particular locations
- Turns on automatically in specific areas, turns off when you exit them
- Can be configured to be always on, or can be turned off from areas you don't need
Tick flick histogram (disabled by default)
- Enable this if you want to practice prayer flicking, it is the best way to see what you are doing wrong
Compared to the default Runelite and Runescape settings, we have performed these useful changes:
- Default GPU plugin: Enabled by default now
- Shift+Click drop enabled in settings
- Default Prayer plugin: Configured to show orb ticks and prayer under your healthbar
- Item prices shown on hover
- Boost information shown in minimal fashion near inventory
- Key remaps: Press 1,2,3,4, and Tilde instead of F1,F2,F3,F4 and Escape
- Use WASD to move camera, and you can zoom in further
Enable these if you want help in pvp

Tip: To practice safe pvp (even on Hardcore mode), you can try these safe minigames
Entity Hider (hide self mode) (disabled by default)
- Allows you to see what your opponent is doing while on top of you
- Plugin is now configured to hide yourself instead of others
- You have to tick "Hide local player" in settings
Player Outline (disabled by default) 
- Shows an outline of your player
Attack Ranges (disabled by default) 
- Displays the attack range of your currently equipped weapon
Large Logout Button (disabled by default) 
- Makes logout button extra large
Wilderness Multi Lines (enabled)
- Shows the lines where wilderness begins, and also where multi player combat begins
Wilderness Player Alarm (enabled)
- Makes your screen flash when player is spotted
PvP Performance Tracker (enabled)
- Tells you exactly how bad you are at pvp

Random World Hopper

- Tip: If you get sniped, press Ctrl+1 to quickly switch worlds
World Hider (disabled by default)
- Hides your world number from chat and world menu so you don't have to hide screen
Annoyance Mute (disabled by default)
- Mutes annoying sounds that other players can troll you with
Entity Hider (disabled by default)
- Enable this if you want to hide all players near you
- Disable it if you want to see players again
- Installed, and enabled: 25
- Installed, but disabled: 13
- Reconfigured defaults: 5
