Matlab interface uses a mex function to transfer data directly to C instead of writing files to disk. Expanded the matlab fast_tsne function to support all the options available in C.

This adds a mex function to transfer data directly to C instead of writing files to disk. The fast_tsne.m function is expanded to support all the options available in C, including initial mapped coordinates or a random seed. It also handles compiling the Mex function, assuming there's a C++ compiler on the system and Matlab knows where it is.
