IINA has no CLI currently, but it is in project's roadmap. It is the reason why this implementation of autoplay is experimental. Works well, but requires "Resume last playback position" to be disabled in IINA settings (won't be like that when player's CLI will be implemented and will be able to detect URLs from files).
