Adds support for Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (UK) using the my.sandwell.gov.uk APIBroker service. The new source: - Supports Household Waste, Mixed Dry Recycling, Food Waste - Supports Garden Waste where a subscription exists - Uses a session-based POST flow to retrieve collection dates - Requires only a UPRN for configuration - Includes documentation and test cases This enables Home Assistant users in Sandwell to retrieve accurate bin collection schedules directly from the council’s online service.
