Introduction
This application, written in Java 17.0.4, is a module for the Preservr application. This application intends to perform the following tasks:
- Collect periodic information related to user-processes running on the system, OS, and other necessary information for implementing functionalities
- Forward the collected information to a REST API and receive responses
- Perform termination of a given process or list of processes when requested
