That update is a first step to address issue #25.
I noticed that when a playback has not been started or if it has been paused for a while (2+ minutes if I remember correctly), the plugin starts reporting that you should restart your playback manually.
Currently, the implementation expects that the plugin controls an application that runs on the same device on which Macro Deck is running.

Added:
- Development environment setup for making changes to the plugin
Added:
- Device-specific requests for playback, skip, shuffle, repeat, and volume adjustments.
- `GetDevices` and `GetCurrentDevice` helper methods to determine the current device.
