This PR fixes CVE-2025-7783 by overriding form-data to version 4.0.4, which is a patched version according to this.
All tests are green, manually testing shows the geocoder still works and running
npm ls form-datato check which version is being used shows this:Additionally, I've manually checked the
node_modulesfolder and theform-datapackage in there is v4.0.4.npm run docsand commit changes to API.mdmainheading before merging
