Defined a
JSONValueConvertibleprotocol that provides more flexibility in converting types toJSONValue,JSONArray, andJSONObject. #159 initially implemented this protocol, but I split it out into this separate PR because of concerns about potential ambiguity regarding which initializers would be called in various situations.Fixed #163.
