This PR focuses on ensuring the determinism of zip file creation: given the same list of image sequence, the produced zipfile should be same as well, in terms of checksum. This is guarantee is important because we are using the checksum for uploading and resuming. We don't want a different zipfile gets uploaded to partially uploaded zipfile endpoint.
