2018 updates

Hi y'all;

I updated the presentation for 2018 including changes on:

• mentioned vector tiles & why they're cool
• removed dead links and libraries no longer used
• added umap which is a great resource for users who may be intimidated of javascript

There's still more work that I'd want to do (fixing more links, perhaps adding some pictures of vector tiles) before it should be merged and would like to hear your feedback as well. :)

I also added 2 files - leaflet and leaflet-simple.html
leaflet.html is an example of using leaflet but also uses grid; this will be used to remake slides 72-78
(see http://maptime.io/anatomy-of-a-web-map/#74 for example)

I also added leaflet-simple.html to recreate slide 83
(on 2nd thought, I probably should have used a simple tilelayer recreate slide 83, I can change that..

I haven't made those slides just yet but will do so if you're interested.
