Takes the ... and generates the control file vmfplc2 needs to dump the files to a Hercules Emulated Tape (.het)

Note that you need to pay close attention to the output from vmfplc2 as the script assumes specific LRECLs (record lengths) for Fixed filetypes. You may need to modify the output file and rerun vmfplc2 to get a clean dump tape.

Syntax:	ls -1 > [vmfplc2.lst]
        ./bldvmfplc2ctl.sh [vmfplc2.lst] > [vmfplc2.ctl]
        vmfplc2 -c 819/1047 -z [vmfplc2.ctl] [tapefile.het]
