Team Organisation Mentality
At present, the teams are organised simply for practicality. I'll give out commit bits willynilly because I figure I'm really no more trustworthy with this code than anyone else, but I trust my fellow perl people not to rape my computer the second I install their code. =).
This is really just a hack due to github not having "organisations have members" mentality. So the interested parties team is just "everyone who looks sort of interested in something or other and might want commit access at some time".
Some repos may be given to "interested parties" as a team, so just "pretty much anyone can commit".
though ideally, at some future time when we have more repos, we can break down into logical teams and stuff for convenience sake.
Its really just a team for all dist-zilla related things. I've just lumped on all the dzil folk who looked half interested and/or had forks of these projects already. That way they have no barrier to contributing to it other than getting PAUSE credentials dished out ( work in progress there ).
