Updated `FluentValidation.DependencyInjectionExtensions` in `MinimalSample.csproj` and `FluentValidation` in `MinimalHelpers.FluentValidation.csproj` from version 12.0.0 to 12.1.0 to ensure compatibility with the latest library versions. No other dependencies were modified.
