Upgraded Swashbuckle.AspNetCore packages to 10.1.0 across all projects. Added csharp_style_prefer_simple_property_accessors to .editorconfig. Refined GitHub Actions workflow: updated permissions, switched to softprops/action-gh-release, and improved release tag/name formatting.
