This allows the docker-compose v2 to work properly. Need to introduce docker contexts thogh :)

This omits the
-Hflag when a Standard Daemon URI is used. Sincedocker-composev2 do not support-Hthis would fix issues people have with it.Docker contexts need to be addressed though :)
