Issues addressed in this release:
- #108 Files/directories starting with a "." are ignored when loading query options
- #110 Can now load modules from multiple paths as one batch
- #112 The module timestamps file now includes the host via which modules are loaded, allowing for modules to be loaded more easily into multiple environments
