- This syncs up game simulation with networking. Previously, game simulation intervals were 0.015 seconds, while networking intervals were 1/66 (0.0151515).

cl_interp, now that networking intervals are precise to game simulation. You can usecl_interp_ratioexclusively to adjust your client interp - These two changes also allowed for a lot of simplification of the networking rate calculation code.
