- Separated CSS styling for <ol> and <ul> in build_all.py - <ul> keeps circular dot bullets via ::before pseudo-element - <ol> now uses CSS counters (counter-reset/counter-increment) to display sequential numbers styled with the primary color - Regenerated all 15 HTML documentation pages - Added newly generated obsolete-ontology-terms.html
Fixed issue #337 and updated the graph view. Only docs section is affected, not the ontology.
