[WIP] New namespace for storing user schemas + analysis

Summary

• Create a new namespace, mpcontribs-lux, for storing user-submitted schemas + analysis tools
  • Adding to this namespace will be a prerequisite for uploading data to MP's OpenData bucket
• Automatic generation of schemas from a data file, including writing py-style string with the pydantic model
• Automatic testing of parquet compat from @tsmathis

TO DO

• Add schema autogeneration tools to create pydantic models from JSON, csv, etc. Use pandas~
• Add documentation to README about user workflow
• Migrate fully worked example here + expand
